The Company's sole purpose is to promote and brand the professional services provided by Bernard McGrath, as an Independent Professional Director and Consultant, to clients primarily based in the Cayman Islands. The Company's sole owner is Bernard McGrath who has thirty five (35) years of experience in the financial services industry. During his career he has provided directorship and corporate secretarial services to many entities in almost every sector of the Financial Services Industry including Trust and Company Management entities; Regulated Class A and Class B Offshore Banks; Securities and Brokerage firms; Hedge Fund Administrators; Regulated and Unregulated hedge funds; Captive Insurance Managers; Captive Insurance entities; Cayman Islands exempt and ordinary entities; Trading companies in the non financial services sector.
BGM Fiduciary Services Limited business line includes Directorship for Individual and Corporate, Nominee Shareholder services, Company Secretary, Consultancy services, Accounting Services, Incorporation Services, Notary Public Services.
Mr. McGrath is a registered and approved director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority ("CIMA"). On engagging BGFSL the client will be provided with a services agreement which will set out clearly the role of both BGMFSL and the client.
